By tradition the Blake Society gathers at his graveside on the Sunday nearest to the date when William Blake died in 1827.
We meet at 12 Noon by the new ledger stone that the Society commissioned in 2018. Anyone may read a poem or recall a memory of William Blake. We then repair to the upstairs room in the local hostelry The Artillery Arms for food, drink and conversation. Everyone is welcome.
This year, an emanation of William Blake appeared at the graveside, courtesy of the actor Toby Pritchard.
